About Kenmode
Kenmode manufactures precision stamped metal components for automotive, medical, electronics and other industrial applications. Its Algonquin, Illinois operation brings prototype development, tool design and production stamping into one workflow, helping engineers refine a part before committing to a production die. Services
Metal stamping
Produces custom stamped components using progressive dies and monitored presses. In-die insertion, tapping and assembly can combine operations within the stamping sequence for parts used in automotive, medical and electronics applications.
Prototype stamping
Builds small batches to evaluate part geometry, materials and performance before production tooling is finalized. The team reviews drawings and manufacturing requirements, develops prototype tooling and incorporates feedback into the production approach.
Tool maintenance
Designs, builds and maintains stamping dies in-house. Tool development uses 3D design and simulation, with wire EDM and other toolroom processes supporting die construction, repair and preventive maintenance.
