About Dayton Rogers

Dayton Rogers manufactures stamped and fabricated metal components, carrying a design from prototype and short-run tooling into progressive-die production. Its sheet-metal work includes laser-cut blanks, formed brackets, enclosures, panels and housings in stainless and carbon steels, aluminum, copper, brass and other specified alloys. The company combines tool-and-die design, construction and maintenance with design-for-manufacturing review, welding and complete assemblies. Its Texas operation performs powder coating in-house; the Minnesota, Ohio and South Carolina divisions use coating vendors. The contact page routes inquiries to four U.S. facilities, allowing an engineer to discuss a drawing, production volume and the appropriate fabrication or stamping route.
